Vintage Plaza at La Frontera is a unique three building retail center featuring two tilt wall buildings and one structural steel building totaling 43,000 SF. Each of the three buildings has extensive limestone masonry veneer and is highlighted by either large tower elements at the east and west buildings or large cantilevered canopies on the south elevation of two of the buildings. Chasco Constructors was selected as the general contractor and worked closely with the owners and other design team member to offer several value-engineering options to get the project within the owner's budget. |
