Completed in 2004 and situated along IH 35 at Parmer Lane, the Shops@Tech.Ridge retail center is an expansive retail development constructed on one of the last remaining premier retail sites along IH 35 in the north Austin growth corridor. Encompassing approximately 80 acres, this $8.6 million dollar prime contract included all initial and final site improvements and retail building shell construction including but not limited to public and private streets, public and private water and wastewater utilities, storm drainage piping and three major water quality / filtration basins, as well as the all tilt wall concrete shell building construction. Timely completion was of the essence to the Client on this project and Chasco delivered exceptional quality on time and on budget.
