The StoneCreek Office Project is a four-story 165,000 SF Class A showpiece of modern workplace technology. This building includes a below grade basement and executive parking garage. It also includes a detached pre-cast 240,000 SF four-story parking garage. Chasco utilized the CM-at-Risk delivery method coupled with a Design/Build mechanical, electrical, and plumbing package, to provide the Owner with an efficient building that was delivered within the original budget and 2 months ahead of the promised schedule. Chasco was able to overcome the tight constraints of constructing this building in close proximity to an existing occupied office building with effective pre-planning and by managing the challenges posed by limited access and material storage and staging areas. |
