Endeavor Real Estate Group selected Chasco Constructors as General Contractor through competitive bid to add three retail structures to their ongoing development at Southpark Meadows located near Slaughter Lane and IH 35. The site has multiple buildings and all are in various stages of occupancy. Chasco had very little area to operate and had to build around functioning businesses. The three buildings were a collective 96,981 square feet. Chasco self performed all sitework, building pad preparation, underground utilities and concrete work. This project was comprised of exterior tilt wall with interior steel structure and metal stud partitions. |
