The Orthopedic Associates of Central Texas and Round Rock Rehab is a 15,000 square foot single story doctor's office. Structural steel and wood trusses were used for the structure, which included a clear story in different areas of the building. The layout included 2 lead lined x-ray rooms, several exam rooms and offices. Extensive millwork was used throughout with wall covering and some "faux" finish. The Orthopedics was delivered on time and within budget. Through partnering efforts, Ownership was able to take advantage of several amenities and upgrades without exceeding the original budget. |
