The Rock 'N' River Family Aquatic
Center is a 40,000 SF water park
featuring a winding lazy river, a
water playground complete with
tunnel showers, water canyon,
tipping frogs, and floor geysers. A
25-foot water slide and beach entry
to the play area along with a
structural masonry bathhouse with
showers and sophisticated
pump/filtration building completes
the project. The ornamental
centerpiece of the pool features a
replica of the historic "Round Rock"
used by 19th century pioneers as a
low water crossing marker along the
Brushy Creek on long cattle drives
and is the namesake of the City.
Chasco faced a very challenging
time frame but had the project
completed and opened on time.
