Chasco Constructors was formed in 1979 by Chaz Glace after
more than 20 years of experience in all phases of construction
and general contracting.
Since that time Chasco Constructors has experienced strong
steady growth through on-time completions and quality work.
This has lead to many repeat customers and new customers from
referrals. Our continuing goal is to utilize the most advanced
construction techniques while providing our clients with superior
service.
Over the next decade the leaders in the construction field
must not only be experienced in the latest construction technology,
but also educated and trained in modern management systems
and techniques. Effective construction management depends
on making intelligent use of the newest technology available.
Today's construction manager must be able to analyze and utilize
information in a timely manner to control costs and schedules
so that every project is completed within budget and on time
without sacrificing quality or safety.
Chasco Constructors believes that the quality of our personnel
is the best way to assure our customers of the best possible
product. All of our field personnel are quality conscious
craftsmen with many years of experience. We maintain a high
level of quality and performance by providing a program of
on the job training and classroom instruction for our employees.
Our managers and supervisors attend national trade conventions
and training seminars on a regular basis, which enables Chasco
to stay abreast of the latest industry technology.
Chasco Constructors is not a construction broker; we perform
a majority of the services we provide. We manage our own demolition,
excavation, sitework, utilities, concrete and finish-out crews.
The technical training Chaz Glace has received through his
education and hands on experience has greatly influenced his
belief that the only way to maintain consistent quality and
on-time performance is to do the work with your own forces.
This strong leadership and commitment to quality will enable
Chasco Constructors to implement the construction management
