The Pecan Park development included the construction of 2 Class A office buildings at the southwest corner of the intersection of SH45 and Highway 183A in Austin, Texas. This 281,000 square foot project has state of the art building systems and was constructed with LEED certification using environmentally friendly materials. With a combination of thin brick veneer, composite metal wall panels and high efficient curtain-wall glazing system, this office building duo will be a stunning addition to the suburban Austin skyline. Additionally Chasco constructed the site which included over 650,000 square feet of parking, all associated underground utilities, and a regional water detention pond. |
