Parmer McNeil Holdings, Ltd selected Chasco as General Contractor to complete development of the 11 acre site located on the south west corner of the Parmer and McNeil Rd intersection. The site has seven building sites. Two were pad sites with utilities, the rest were shell retail space. The two large buildings are tiltwall with steel structure. Two medium buildings are steel frame with exterior metal framing. The last building is wood frame. All buildings have stone veneer or accent walls. |
