Two mirror image, 31,200 SF
two-story concrete tilt panel
retail/office shell buildings with
common area lobby finish out. Site
work included 39,000 SF of rock salt
finish, stained and scored sidewalk
and a pre-engineered pedestrian
bridge adjoining the site with the
CapMetro train station. This project
is a unique redevelopment of the old
Texaco/Jefferson Chemical Plant in
central Austin. Extensive remediation
and environmental measures have
reclaimed this once abandoned site
and restored it for conveniently
located and affordable residential,
retail and office use in the heart of
Austin.
