Kiowa Casino Devol, Oklahoma |
The Kiowa Resort and Casino near Devol, OK was one of Chasco Constructors' most challenging undertakings to date. This project was performed as a Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract. The Casino included 65,000 sf with a 3,000 sf second floor for additional office space. In the 65,000 sf there are approx 1000 slot machines, 10 game tables and 20 poker tables, a sports bar, buffet dining room, a fine dining restaurant and supporting kitchen, preparation and storage areas. Due to the remoteness of the site, Chasco Constructors was able to utilize its large base of knowledge of subcontractors in Oklahoma and the IH35 Corridor in Texas to man the contractors. |
