Kids 'R' Kids has had great success
in Houston and other parts of the
nation. Chasco Contracting was
selected as Construction Manager
and has assisted in adapting the
prototypical design to maximize the
Owner's space and blend the facility
into its Hill Country setting.

This 20,000 square foot two-story
wood frame structure has a full
height covered drive lane and a
similar height covered rear porch.
The limestone veneer and stucco
facades are accented with
half-round column features. The
building has a standing seam metal
roof in a "champagne" finish to
match nearby development and
establish connection through
differing uses in the area. The back
yard is divided into several areas,
each with its own freestanding
shade structure.
