Hill Country Bible Church Phase IV is a 115,000 SF Education Wing addition to the Hill Country Bible Church campus in Cedar Park, Texas. Chasco Contracting was selected to perform pre-construction phase services beginning at the schematic drawing phase and to assist the Owner in obtaining the best possible value available for their expansion project. Chasco was also chosen to provide CM-at-Risk construction services for the project. Construction of the new education wing has been phased to allow ongoing school activities to continue uninterrupted. The project includes new classrooms, a library, multipurpose rooms and a unique "Adventure Bay" area to enhance the learning experience of the students. |
