Crestview Station Austin, Texas |
Crestview Station is a mixed use development of 75 acres located in north central Austin, Texas. The site is located northwest of the intersection of Lamar Boulevard and Airport Boulevard, immediately south of Highway 183. This development is strategically located adjacent to one of the Austin Metro commuter rail stations. There was considerable demolition required both above and below ground and TCEQ requirements to screen and air out contaminated excavation before reuse on the site. Careful planning was also developed for an offsite wastewater line replacement on Airport Boulevard. After construction had begun on these first phases of work, we were awarded an additional phase which included a parking lot, sporting field, scorer's stand, spectator seating, landscaping, and irrigation for the North Austin Optimist Baseball Club. |
