The AT&T Web Hosting Facility is a $9.5 million, 131,000 square foot single story tiltwall structure. Chasco Contracting was selected as the design/build general contractor to complete the $6 million shell building and was responsible for selecting the Architect, Structural Engineer & MEP Engineer. Chasco Contracting was selected by AT&T's design contractor to complete the $3.5 million Architectural, Structural & Plumbing package for the interior finish-out. Over 92,000 square feet of raised flooring, 30 inches above finished floor required close coordination with the Owner's HVAC and Electrical contractors. |
