The 4530 SF American Bank of Texas is no ordinary commercial branch bank. Located adjacent to Avery Ranch, the exterior of stone, EIFS and metal roof fit into the neighboring scheme, while maintaining its own identity. The clerestory permits welcomed light to enhance the stone, carpet and South Texas Mesquite floors and stone and exotic vinyl wall coverings. Project challenges included the coordination of several Owner Subcontractors, such as Vault and ATM vendors and security contractors. Working together with the Owner and design team, Chasco was able to meet the Owner's expectations for time, budget and quality. |
