Austin Aero was a private executive
air terminal at Austin-Bergstrom
International Airport. The project
consisted of five 12,000 sf aircraft
hangars, each with 2,000 sf of
attached, finished out offices and a
two story terminal building with
administrative offices, meeting &
conference rooms, and pilot and
passenger lounges.
As the design/builder, Chasco Contracting worked closely with the design-build team to develop and construct a challenging project and meet an aggressive schedule to allow Austin Aero to open as quickly as possible and in conjunction with the new Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
